A new music page is now available with a much bigger selection of tunes, arranged alphabetically and by type (jigs, reels, waltzes etc).

The best way to learn is by listening to the tune rather than by reading the music.
To use the files here you will need some software.  The music score is in .gif format and any photo package or internet browser will open them. The music midi files will play in Windows Media Player and many other packages.  The Melody file (.mus) requires Melody Assistant or Harmony Assistant (see BFG links page for how to get this). ABC files (.abc) can be used with many music packages. (see BFG links page - search Google.)  To get the file you want just click the relevant box below. Depending on your PC you might want to right click and save the file.  If you are having any problems just email and let me know.
