Friday Practice and Sessions
BFG meets almost every
Friday evening at the Moray Institute, Blackford from 7.00pm through
until about 8.45pm. This is for practice, learning tunes and just
playing together. The last 30 minutes is a session for the Ceilidh Band
but everyone is welcome to come for all or part of the
evening.
Very
occasionally the Friday practices and sessions are cancelled because of
gigs or holidays. This
page is updated to keep you
posted. See

later. Everyone is welcome.

Inn. Stirling, Every Wednesday 9.00 - 11.30.

Bridge of Allan. Sundays from about 8.30
- Drumtochty

Thursday
each month. 9.00
- 11.30 pm. Nice pub, friendly session if a little quiet. (Last
visited in 2007? Don't know if it is still running.)

Weekly. Mondays 2100-2400 hrs. Lively and entertaining.
Singing session
Wednesdays.

Kirriemuir. Every Tuesday from
about 8.30 pm.
- Lounge Bar,
Lerwick. Every Wednesday and Thursday. Small numbers
of players (based on one visit and one eye witness report), high
quality playing, lots of people listening.
